When approached to collaborate on his second Mountain Dew Green Label Art™ design, Paul wanted to keep it "real skate" and felt strongly that he needed to work with an artist who truly understood skate culture. He had a couple of initial ideas and felt that skater/artist Don Pendleton was the perfect fit to bring his vision to life. Minutes after being introduced to one another in L.A., the two dived head first into a brainstorm session at Paul’s warehouse. Once they settled on a direction, Don began sketching out how he planned to put Paul’s ideas to paper.

After a few meetings in L.A., numerous phone calls and a couple of rough drafts, they finally created the can design you see here, a "Living, Breathing Landscape" inspired by the idea of creating while having fun. After all, isn’t that what skateboarding is all about?
